لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ، اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ كَبِيراً، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ كَثِيراً، سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ رَبِّ العَالَمِينَ، لاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِاللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيمِ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي، وَارْحَمْنِي، وَاهْدِنِي، وَارْزُقْنِي
Hisn al-Muslim 262
Translation
There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah alone, without partner. Allah is the Greatest—supremely great. Abundant praise belongs to Allah. Glory be to Allah, Lord of the worlds. There is no power and no strength except through Allah, the Almighty, the All-Wise. O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, guide me, and provide for me.
Reflection
A Bedouin came to the Messenger of Allah and said, ‘Teach me words to say.’ He replied: The man then said, ‘These are for my Lord, but what is for me?’ He replied:
