›Owner of all sovereignty
اللَّهُمَّ مَالِكَ الْمُلْكِ تُؤْتِي الْمُلْكَ مَنْ تَشَاءُ، وَتَنْزِعُ الْمُلْكَ مِمَّنْ تَشَاءُ، وَتُعِزُّ مَنْ تَشَاءُ، وَتُذِلُّ مَنْ تَشَاءُ، بِيَدِكَ الْخَيْرُ، إِنَّكَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ، رَحْمَانَ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ وَرَحِيمَهُمَا، تُعْطِيهِمَا مَنْ تَشَاءُ، وَتَمْنَعُ مِنْهُمَا مَنْ تَشَاءُ، ارْحَمْنِي رَحْمَةً تُغْنِينِي بِهَا عَنْ رَحْمَةِ مَنْ سِوَاكَ.

Translation
O Allah, Owner of sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will and take it from whom You will; You honour whom You will and humble whom You will; in Your hand is all good, You are able to do all things. Most Merciful of this world and the Hereafter, You give them to whom You will and withhold them from whom You will: have mercy on me with a mercy that frees me from needing the mercy of anyone besides You.
